SUMMARY
* Design layouts that are needed by the marketing department

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Primary responsibility is to create concepts & designs for campaigns & promotions including promotional displays and marketing brochures for products and services and creating visual designs for ads, promotions, flyers and other corporate literature.
* Archiving marketing materials received (CDs, Files, Flyers, Catalogues)
* Archiving designs created.
* Assisting in scanning images & burning CDs.

Skills


* Graphic designers must possess artistic ability and creative thinking for designing eye-catching and effective graphics.
* To be able to come up with designs for layouts and concepts, and must be able to create visual images that engage, attract and sell.
* Responsive to customer needs, able to create new and original ideas, open to change and able to adjust to shifting priorities, able to meet deadlines and juggle multiple priorities.
* Excellent command of desktop publishing tools such as Frame Maker, Acrobat Exchange, Quark Express, Photoshop or PageMaker, Indesign and other designing softwares.
* Organized, quick, dedicated to deadlines and willing to put extra hours when needed.
* Bilingual is preferred but talent is more important.
* Academic training leading to a bachelor’s degree in art or design would be good to have but is not necessary.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
* Management knowledge of a Graphic Department and a solid portfolio.
